VirtueTax helps businesses create GST-ready invoices automatically from Shopify store orders and generates reports. “The Service” is provided to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. Access Orders
We access store orders using Shopify APIs to generate order invoices and maintain their status. The App saves order data to provide features like past-dated invoice downloads and GST reports.
Access Store Information
The App accesses store information to create branded invoices. This includes parameters like store name, address, support email, phone number, and logo.
Access Customer Information
The App accesses customer information to manage customer-wise GST numbers. We only save customer names for compliance purposes.
Access Products & Collections
We access product and collection information to apply product-wise GST percentages and HSN codes. Collection-wise GST and HSN are applied when products fall into the same category.
Access Shipping Information
We access shipping details to calculate shipping GST. Invoices include complete calculations of shipping charges and their GST.

We do not share any information of any individual other than the Shopify store owner. When a merchant uninstalls the App, we remove their product information and personal information of the store from our servers within 14 days. If a store owner wishes to remove their personal information, they must uninstall the App.
When you place an order through the App, we will maintain your order information for our records unless you ask us to delete this information.
